In accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), your personal data is processed by Yağız Oto Lastik as the data controller within the scope described below.

Personal Data Processed: Your name, phone number, vehicle details and service request information you provide to us.

Purposes of Processing: Receiving and fulfilling your requests for tire repair, tire sales, mobile tire service, roadside assistance, towing and car wash; coordinating appointments and on-site response; communicating with you.

Legal Basis: Your personal data is processed for the establishment or performance of a service relationship and for the legitimate interests of the data controller (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and Art. 5/2-f).

Transfer: Your personal data is not shared with domestic or foreign third parties except where required by law.

Retention: Data is retained for the statutory limitation periods applicable after the service relationship ends, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11): You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request erasure or destruction within the limits of the law; to request that corrective actions be notified to third parties to whom data has been transferred; to object to a result arising from automated data analysis that is detrimental to you; and to claim compensation for damages.
